Our lovingly renovated old schoolhouse has been transformed into a spacious, handicapped-accessible country estate. The schoolhouse offers an inviting atmosphere, ideal for those looking to escape the everyday while enjoying the beauty of the Otsego County countryside.

Hops View
For a more private and upscale experience, Hops View is a custom-built, second-floor retreat designed for the discerning traveler. Featuring a separate entrance, Hops View offers a tranquil environment with stunning views of the surrounding farmland. Located just a short drive from both the village of Cooperstown and the renowned Cooperstown Dreams Park, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration.

Both accommodations are situated on our family-owned 15-acre property, which has been a staple of the local community for over 100 years. Whether you’re here to enjoy the historical charm of the Old Schoolhouse or the quiet luxury of Hops View, both options provide an unforgettable stay.
