Bavarian Farm is nestled on a hillside 5 miles East of Cooperstown off Rt. 33. 

The Bavarian Farm was once one of the largest hops farms in Otsego County. Our Bavarian Farm Resort is on 15 acres of beautiful country farmland that has been in our family for over 100 years. It includes Valley View (at the top of the hill), with a panoramic view of the Red Creek Valley. Valley View also includes a studio efficiency and a one bedroom apartment.

We have also renovated the old Schoolhouse into a handicapped -accessible country estate.

We are only 5 miles from Cooperstown, 5 miles from Glimmerglass State Park, 9 miles from Glimmerglass Opera and 9 miles from Dreams Park.
